Sridhar T. Pai, is founder and CEO of Tonse Telecom, India's leading telecom research, analysis and consulting company. Prior to starting Tonse Telecom, Sridhar was director global marketing for IntelliNet Technologies, a US based telecom signaling infrastructure firm. Prior to that Sridhar helped found Xybridge Technologies, a pioneering softswitch vendor, one of the first Indian telecom product companies to take infrastructure IP to global market, before getting acquired by Zhone Technologies in 2001.He started his career with Motorola, Infrastructure Systems Group in Singapore / India as a WAN engineer.

Sridhar has authored The India Wi-Fi Report (2007) and another in 2008 (March) and The India WiMAX Report [2006 and 2007], two most well-read reports covering the Indian broadband wireless markets.
